Waters were running perfect last weekend. Alpine County is scheduled to plant the river next week. Catch and release with lures or flies with barbless hooks until April 30th. For more information stop by the Creekside Inn.

Caples Lake: Open waters by the dam and the spillway

Caples Lake: The Caples Lake resort is now taking reservations for the 2022 season
Red Lake: Ice conditions are unstable
Blue Lake Lower: The road is only open to the 1st gate
West Carson River (CA): The flows are fucuting daily with the snow melt
East Carson River (CA): The flows are fluctuating daily, the clarity is also changing on a daily basis
Indian Creek Reservoir: The lake level is good and the fishing has been good to fair for small rainbows
Topaz Lake: The lake has leveled off from going up or down over the last week
