Coho salmon fishermen came back with about 1.5 fish per round while bottom fish continues to be consistent with limits or near limits for all! Crabbing also remains solid with the average being about 5-7 per person. Our favorite residents never disappoint! Today was another great day of Whale Watching. The warm weather with lots of sunshine makes for the perfect recipe of consistent whale sightings. During the summer there is an increased amount of sunlight which creates an abundance of kelp growth that can then facilitate an incredible amount of mysis shrimp and other small crustaceans that baleen whales feed on. You don't want to miss the opportunity to see these ocean giants while they come visit us during meal......
