Fall fishing at Lemolo can be great

No recent reports from anglers from Lemolo but fall fishing at Lemolo can be great. As the lake is typically drawn down in the fall, fish can be concentrated and provide great catch rates for eager anglers. Kokanee and brown trout should be making their way upstream to spawn.

Weather can be bad along the way during storms as snow becomes more likely, but road conditions are still fairly good outside of storm systems.

Kokanee in Lemolo are considered trout and fall under the daily limit for trout of 5 per day, with only one of those measuring over 20 inches. Anglers can also retain tiger trout in Lemolo if they happen to catch one that migrated down from Diamond Lake.
