Flows are up a bit but still well below average. Fishing the small pools and springheads is the best option for anglers. Fishing has picked up with the cooler temperatures and increased flows. Ice is starting to form on the slower portions of the creek. As of November 4, Cleve Creek was flowing at a low 3.72 cfs which is about half of normal.
