Steptoe Creek is flowing well below normal and fishing is difficult due to snow and ice. As of December 2, Steptoe Creek was flowing at a very low 1.58 cfs. There will be no fishing reports until next spring.

Ruby Lake NWR: The south marsh and dike units are frozen with unsafe ice
Jakes Creek Reservoir (Boies Reservoir): Jake Creek is almost completely ice covered
