Winter steelhead are showing up on the Siuslaw River

Winter steelhead are showing up on the Siuslaw River. The Whittaker Cr. Drift will be the most productive through January and February. There should be good opportunity in the lower river as conditions allow.

Trout fishing in streams closed on Oct. 31 and will reopen on May 22.
