Boca Reservoir is mostly free of ice at this point, but there is still some around the dam. The lake is nearing 100% capacity with a lot more water still to enter it, and they have begun to release 300 CFS out of the dam just a few days ago, no reports on the fishing in the lake since it’s been iced out.
