Crane Prairie has been fishing well. After a rocky start to the season up on Crane it has really seemed to be improving the last few weeks. Fish are channeled up now with the warmer water temps and have been coming on black, olive, and brown balanced leeches, chironomids, callibaetis and damsels. Stripping around a damsel on a hover or intermediate line is a good way to cover some water and find some willing fish.
