At Donner Lake, rainbow trout are biting off the shore on powerbait and worms.   Kastmasters, sierra spoons and crippled herring are all good choices fishing the drop off points near the west end of the lake. Trolling is productive in the mornings for Kokanee and trout. Donner Lake is at 100% capacity.
