We’re starting to get a few reports from the West, like the East it’s best to search out the softer water where fish will be hanging out. The flows on the West are gradually coming down and now are in the 980cfs to 1100cfs range, depending on the time of day. Try baits with a little extra weight or spinners like Panther Martins and Roostertails that are a little larger than usual so you can get them down where the fish are. Fly anglers can try wooly buggers, crawdad patterns or larger weighted nymphs like princes and hare’s ears.
