At Stampede Reservoir, there is a good trout and bass bite off the shore near the boat ramp using powerbait and worms or salmon eggs. Trolling for Kokanee is spotty right now at Stampede Reservoir, but anglers should try trolling around 30 feet with any orange dodger. Anglers looking for smallmouth bass should try fishing the inlets and coves. Stampede Reservoir is at 100% capacity.

Little Truckee River: On the Little Truckee River, the flows and conditions are good for this time of the year
