Three Creeks is great and not many folks are up there fishing. You should go!
Summer hatches are waning at 6500 feet, but some black caddis and callibaetis remain. Ants, Beetles, Hoppers, Purple Haze, plus Chironomids and Balanced Leeches are great.

Deschutes River- Upper: The Upper Deschutes from Crane Prairie to Little Lava is a good bet
Three Creek Lake: Three Creeks Lake is fishing super well
Hosmer Lake: Hosmer Lake is fishing really well in the Upper Lake
Paulina Lake: At Paulina the Pink Hopper has been an absolute staple
East Lake: East Lake is good and by far has thew best Callibaetis hatches
Crane Prairie Reservoir: Crane Prairie is picking up
