At Prosser Reservoir, bass are hanging out on the grass beds, so target the deeper drop offs and fish near the bottom using powerbait, worms, kastmasters, rapalas, or rooster tails. The best shore area to fish from is the left side fo the dam. Anglers trolling for cutthroat are still doing well near the dam side of the lake using rapalas, sierra spoons, or worms behind a dodger.
