Taylor Lake was stocked on Oct. 30 with 3,100 legal-size trout and 800 trophy trout. Despite the recent stocking, anglers have reported slow fishing at Taylor over the past week

John Day River: Flows remain low but not impossible for a drift boat to navigate
Deschutes River: Steelhead fishing has been picking up above Maupin as fish move upriver
