The Lower Deschutes continues to fish well. Nymphing is the ticket right now and girdle bugs, eggs, leeches, zebra midges, and rainbow warriors have all acounted for fish. Swinging sculpzillas, leeches, and crayfish is also fun and effective on the lower. Don't forget that the tribal side of the river is now clsoed and that the everything above the boundary closes at the end of this month.
