The Trask River is a little on the low side, but still very fishable. The Trask is still getting hatchery coho back and while many of these fish are dark there are still some bright ones in the mix.
The Trask doesn't have any hatchery winter steelhead releases but is well known for catch-and-release fishing for wild steelhead, and we've been seeing a few fish caught in nearby basins. That run will peak January through March.
