We wrapped up our time down below where we were able to put a nice trip together, but had to earn every fish we caught. The trip started out great with excellent wahoo fishing for those who wanted to battle the choppy weather. Most of the skinnies were caught on the trolled jigs and wahoo bombs. There was very good sign of nice grade tuna around the bank most of the time, but the massive shark presence made it extra difficult to get them to the boat whole. The middle part of the trip got a little tough with the sharks, but we ended the trip on a high note. A wide open bite on good grade tuna. All things considered, the Okuma group made another nice catch. We are now headed up toward home, breaking down tackle and scrubbing the boat.
