The bite today stepped up a notch over yesterday as the tides dropped a bit more and opened up more area to fish. We had a Phenix rods sponsored trip on the 2 boat with some giveaways including a new rod for top fish.

We had limits of bass for both boats in a wild seemed like all day bass bite. Halibut was good. We had near limits to close to a fish per rod.

I have availability for these food tide sets Thursday (tomorrow) and Friday.

Final count

40 halibut to 18 pounds

54 striped bass to 22 pounds (23 limits plus crew)
