The runoff is subsiding, however at Delta we are at 583 CFS a bit down from earlier. It will be optimum at 300 CFS for safe and easier wading. You can get in and fish above Simms, the lower you go in the system the higher the water will be. Some anglers have reported some success in and around Dunsmuir. Runoff will surge the flows each day with a lot of color being added as well. We would recommend a plan B if you are coming up to fish, the McCloud and Hat Creek are some great choices right now!
