A little catch up on what's been happening, June halibut openers were hit and miss with some days the halibut were on the bite, and others the bite almost not existent.
Inshore Bottom fishing has still been producing limits of rockfish and lingcod, just having to work a little harder to find the lings.
Salmon season is underway and the fishing has been excellent the photo taking not as good.
7/3 salmon 9 anglers caught 7 kings and 11 hatchery coho.
7/7 combo today 16 anglers caught 14 kings and 4 hatchery coho with some lost, released and undersized. Had to make a bit of a run for rockfish but it paid off with pretty quick limits for all.
