The Fall River has been fishing well. A recent stocking of fish has improved the action a bit. Nymphing has been the ticket for all times of the day and eggs, mops, jigged and balanced leeches, two-bits, and rainbow warriors have been some recent favorites. Dry-dropper setups are fun on the fall this time of year and a variety of small terrestrials and chubbies can be used effectively. Small streamers and buggers are also fun on the fall and can be quite effective around some of the downed trees and deeper pools. The Fall river is a spring creek and stays nice and cool making it a good option for the warmer days we’ve been experiencing. Fish are all over so spread out and don't be afraid to fish new water.
