The West is fishing very well lately in both the Pickle Meadows and canyon areas. Bait anglers are using salmon eggs and crawlers, lure anglers are going with Panther Martins, Roostertails and Mepps spinners. Fly anglers are doing the best with hopper/dropper rigs with para hoppers, chubby’s and stimulators on top and soft hackles, pheasant tails, hare’s ears and copper Johns underneath.
