Lorain KICKED MY BUTT TODAY!! - be we stuck with it and Prevailed in the end

I haven't worked that hard to get fish to bite in a long time, never stopped marking fish - moved around a few times, changed luers, speed, leeds and everything else in between and just could not get a solid program going. We got it done in the end but damn did they make us work for them today.

31 back to the dock and went 1 for 3 with the Steelhead and it was a beauty - one completely broke us off as the drag was set way to tight and I couldn't get back to the rod fast enough boy is it a rush when you get one on the line, they are so fun to play with . We weren't really targetting them so they were an added surprise and bonus to our not so productive walleye fishing.

Couldn't ask for a much better day - 15mph West / Northwest winds and sunny with no rain or bugs to deal with.

Best program was Big Fish Tuff Tackle Co. 40TT in front of Stinger Spoons from Fishing Addiction Gear 75 to 95 back. Shrimp color continues to dominate color wise. Dipseys #0 with a Green Chilly Willie Spoon pulled fish 85 back and a #1 dipsey 75 back with a Ripplin Red fin did quite a bit of damage including one Steelhead that broke us off but not before giving us an arial show

We also tried Bandits with snap weights that were no Bueno, jointed Flicker shads and Rapala J-7s with little to no success.

Done now until Friday - back to the normal 40hour/week job tomorrow night after being off for nearly 2 weeks
