We had clients on the pond this week and things are definitely looking up! They were able to get into some very good fish with a good ol’ pheasant tail nymph! They reported that there are still a decent amount of weeds on the pond but there are also some very good clear areas that seem to be where the fish are hanging out. I would predict that the weed situation as well as the fishing should just get better and better until it freezes over!
