Fall Chinook is open on the Siuslaw and fishing has been fair to good. Anglers should focus their efforts in the bay until significant rains occur.
The wild Coho retention begins Sept. 14-Oct. 15. Anglers should focus their efforts in tidewater until we see significant rainfall.
The Siuslaw is open for trout fishing through Oct. 31. Focusing efforts in the early morning or later afternoon will be best.
