Winter steelhead are in the Kilchis

Winter steelhead are in the Kilchis River, but it is very low and clear. The river is too low for drift boats at this time, unless you're willing to do some dragging. There are no hatchery releases on the Kilchis, so it's mostly a catch-and-release fishery for wild steelhead.
