Report: The recent storm had the Upper rocking & rolling flowing over 20,000 CFS at the lake! It is still over 3,000 CFS as of today, and with more storms on the way, it will surge again. If you are looking for somewhere to fish, go up to Dunsmuir. Be careful if you do go. Fish midge pupae and Blue Wing Olive nymphs. Soon fish will be susceptible to sculpins in the riffles, bring your streamer or trout Spey rod and some Slumpbusters.
