Report Date:

The water flow on the Walker has changed just about every day since the opener on the 28th. The flows are at 98 for now. The fishing has been ok with all the changes in the water flows. Around 10 AM there has been a Baetis hatch and if it gets warm enough the Caddis might come off in the evening. Try a #18 Tiger Midge, #18 Copper John in Black or Red, #13 Hares Ear in Olive or Natural, #18-20 Midgeling Emerger in Olive or Root Beer and a #16 RS2 in Olive.

The Walker fishes best when the flows are above 150 cfs to 350 cfs.
