Captain Keith from the Maximus called in with some updates: they have had great fishing and great weather recently! Calico and other Sea Bass as well as Halibut and Reds have been picking up. We just got back from a 2 day trip chasing White Seabass south and did manage a couple hookups. We fished locally the last day, making 3 Halibut drifts and getting 4 to over 26 lbs. We will depart tomorrow from Capt Hooks at 5am and return at 5 pm, cost is $80. To book your spots call the landing at 805-382-6233......
