This is great news for the fish and the fishermen at the Little Truckee. Nymphing with either a dry dropper set-up or under an indicator has been working well. Smaller nymphs like PT's and HBI's in size 18-22 fished with 6X fluorocarbon have been catching the most fish. There has been some evening dry fly activity but mostly on cloudy days or after the sun leaves the water. Parachute Adams or EC Caddis is worth try in the evenings
