The East Carson will be affected by the rains more than any of the other area rivers. The flows have gone from 42 CFS to 108 CFS in the last couple of days. Look for them to keep going up for a few more days and then hopefully settle out next week. As the flows start to come back down the water should clear up and the fishing start to get good again. Nymphing the edges of the bigger pools for the next few days should be the way to go.
