Flows are fluctuating between 400 and 500 cfs. Fluctuations are vey typical for this time of year due to run-off. As the peaks and the valleys of the fluctuations start to get closer together the fishing really takes off. The East Carson is already fishing pretty good and will only get better over the next couple of months. Look for Grey Drakes and March Brown's in the evenings. Nymphing and Streamer fishing in the mornings is also worth a try.
