Wind at the islands kept us from doing what we wanted, but bottom fishing was full speed, EARLY QUALITY LIMITS. Our 3/4 day fished the coast and stayed out of the weather, in fact they had almost no wind at all. The Island Spirit had 34 anglers and caught limits of mixed rockfish for every angler. The Pacific Dawn also limited out early on quality Santa Rosa reds and a couple of lingcod. It was an overnight charter. Nice big bags came off the boats again today. Glad to see so many smiling faces!
