The gang has been enjoying great bites on mixed grade tuna from 25-70 pounds and everything in between. There's also been a couple of flurries on big wahoo too. The Haj Shimada group is putting together one heck of a trip and we hope to keep the ball rolling. I will send pictures tomorrow when I have time. JUSTIN

Hello Anglers, We started our trip off traveling along the Baja coast looking at shallow spots along the way. The anglers had a blast with good yellowtail fishing with a handful of white seabass mixed in. Most of the yellows were good grade, ranging from 15-20 pounds. Now that we have plenty yellowtail for everyone, we will head to the ridge tomorrow to try for tuna and wahoo. Wish us luck..... JUSTIN......

Hello Anglers, We departed today on our Haj Shimada 8 day trip. Picked up a nice load of bait and cleared the point around noon. On a side note; our good friend John Kashiki passed away this week. I have had the privilege of fishing with Mr. Kashiki every year since I started working on the Excel 13 years ago.
