http://www.excelsportfishing.comHello Anglers, What a fantastic day we had down here on the lower banks! The morning started out a little on the slow side with nothing on board until 0800. Around 0900 and big school of cows showed up and we were able to pick at them all day. The final tally was 15 tuna from 180 to 345 pounds. Nine of those were over 200 and the gigante 345 caught by Chris Kumai on a fly lined mackerel pinned on an eagle claw 2004 9/0 and a short fluorocarbon leader. Bob Thorson had a career day with a 251 pounder caught in the morning and a 238 pounder landed in the evening. Jeff Bollet, Jay Orbon, Rick Wisecarver, Bob Reid, and both John and Diane Chambers also had cows. We are going to spend the night and try it again tomorrow. JUSTIN
