A big thanks goes to my crew , without them we would have never landed those tough cows that fight right to the end. A boat is only as good as it's crew. And thanks to the passengers who had to work to put every last one of those on the deck. This trip gives us 120 tuna over 200 pounds for the season, outdoing last season's total of 101 cows. Amazing! Hello Anglers, What a trip! The Ralph Mikkelsen's Big Fish Special truly lived up to its name. Excel anglers saw an amazing grade of fish that few long rangers have ever seen, with the majority of the 175 tuna above 160 pounds. To go along with the big tuna we also had 50 wahoo, a 500+ pound blue marlin (released), a dorado and a short-billed spearfish.
