http://www.excelsportfishing.comHello Anglers, Hello angler's, We arrived at choppy Alijos Rocks at 0930 and looked around for about a hour before we got the anchor down. Immediately after we got the anchor down we were swarmed by 20 to 35 pound yellowtail. We saw a little bit of tuna sign around the shallow but did not hook any on our first anchor job.Once the current backed off we looked around again and got the anchor down in a area where there was fair sign of tuna. The rest of the day was pretty slow with a couple fish around 100 pounds and a few in the 20 to 40 pound range. We are going to try for a few more yellowtail tonight and try our luck tomorrow here for tuna. The first picture that I am sending is of Michelle Farid and her yellowtail that was gaffed by Shawn and she caught it on a Salas 6x jr.The second is of Adham Farid with his three daughters Heather, Jessica, and Michelle with there first four fish of the trip. And the third is of Brad Merritt and one of his yellowtail. Reported by: Shawn and the crew

We will be at the rocks tomorrow at around 0930 and we will check in tomorrow night. ......
