http://www.excelsportfishing.comHello Anglers, Well, once again we had a very good start to the day but the afternoon was very slow with a 60, and 100 pound yellowfin as well as a wahoo we skilled up on the kite.We had our sites set on a evening go around but it never came together. Our morning bite started at 0400 with captain Justin Fleck soaking a bait on his watch and he picked up a 190 pound yellowfin. From there the passengers got woken up and we started to hook fish pretty steady on baits down deep. Giovanne Braida was next to hook up and he landed his third 200 pound yellowfin with a 210 pounder. Next was Jerome Bordenave with a 182 pound yellowfin then Father and son team Steve and Greg Mendonca who hooked fish at the same time and they weighed 185 and 186. Our second 200 pound yellowfin of the morning was caught by Norman Forton and his fish weighed 228 pounds.Jeremy Offenstien and his father hooked up together on the kite, Jeremy had a very tough fish that taped out at 187 pounds and his dad Ron picked up a 160 pounder. For the morning bite we had 13 fish with the smallest being 150 pounds and we did lose a few along with them. For the trip our average size fish is 160 to 170 pounds and I think we have 17 fish that taped from 200 to 291 pounds. Wish us luck tomorrow as we hope to bring you a very good report. Wish us luck, Shawn and the crew
