http://www.alohaspirit.comHello Anglers, Today was our second day of fishing and once again the weather was flat calm with not even enough wind to fish the kite.We had good wahoo action in the morning where we hooked probably 40 fish and landed 19 of them. They really got on us good for awhile and they were jumping around and really causing havoc for the passengers. One of the wahoo we had hooked in the stern ran up and around the bow so fast that before we could get the passenger around the bow, the anchor line got sawed off and we started drifting. Really it was not the passengers fault, these wahoo were really frisky and this one just happened to run around the bow. After we put the new anchor gear on we got the anchor down to try for yellowfin and had a fair pick in the afternoon. From around 1100 to 1700 we had one to 3 fish going all of the time and the average fish was 75 pounds with a few over 100 pounds. All of our bites were on sardines with one on the balloon. We ended up putting together a good day and tomorrow we are going to run in towards the ridge to see what we can come up with. Wish us luck. Shawn and the crew

Hello Anglers, We fished offshore all day today in beautiful weather. There was plenty of big kelps that we found, but none of them were holding much fish. For the day we managed a handful of Dorado and 13 wahoo from 35 to 75 pounds. Tomorrow we are going to try our luck at Alijos and see what we can come up with, we'll check in tomorrow. Hello Anglers, Today we fished Guadalupe Isl.. and once again the weather was perfect. We also managed to pick up some more Yellowfin to end the trip with. All and all it was a very pleasant trip, with great weather, good fishing, and plenty of variety. We will be at the dock @ 0630, I look forward to weighing those bigger Yellowfin that we caught at Alijos. And to see the quality of fish coming out of our fresh fish well's......
