http://www.excelsportfishing.comHello Anglers, Today we did not drive around much. We sat on the sea anchor until 0700 and picked up 7 albacore from 20 to 30 pounds. When we picked up the sea anchor we did not drive more than 100 yards before we saw a mark to stop on. In the beginning of that drift we picked up a few 20 to 40 pound bluefin and some more big albacore. When I got ready to leave the fish got under the boat really good so I sat a little longer and eventually realized that more and more fish were building on us so we sat in that drift all day. 0700 until 2200 we kept 1 to 5 bluefin going and at times had as many as 12 fish going. All of the bluefin were the 20 to 45 pound fish and there were a few albacore in the mix as well.Needless to say we had a wonderful day. It was the kind of fishing where you could go and read a few pages of your book in the galley and when you got the itch to catch a fish you just come on out and cast a bait, a very nice pace for us all day. Tomorrow we are going to be looking for some of the big Bluefin and try to catch a couple more trophies. Wish us luck on our mission.Sorry no pictures
