Hello Anglers,

Once again we were blessed with beautiful weather. After not getting any fish out of our gray bite we started to look around with jigs out and found the pocket of water that we were looking for. We were getting short stops pretty frequently with 1 to 6 bait fish per stop. From 1100 to 1400 the fish seemed to bite the best with our jig stops getting from 6 to 40 bait fish each stop. After 1600 hours we noticed the fish would just sit under the boat and we would only catch maybe one fish per stop. We ended up having a very good day with a nice catch of albacore from 15 to 30 pounds and 1 bluefin that is around 35 pounds. We are going to be fishing off shore tomorrow which is our last day and we should be able to fish most of the day so we will check in tomorrow. Reported by, Shawn and the crew
