Hello Anglers,

Today we woke up with winds up to 45 knots blowing straight off the beach at Abreojos. After trying a couple drifts over some rocks that sometimes produce good yellows and groupers,we called it unfishable and headed toward Hipolito. When we arrived at Hipolito, there was good sign of yellowtail and small tuna.We were able to boat about 50 yellowtail and 20 tuna for our day.I think you could do really good on the yellows except that there is an overwhelming amount of bonito, barracuda, skipjack, and sand bass that eat your bait before they do.Around 1400,we called it a trip and started heading toward San Diego. Tomorrow we are going to hope for the same results and hopefully pick......
