"Well, today we had a chance at some Tuna," said the report from Intrepid August 7. "For just over an hour Yellowfin in the 50 to 100 pound range blew up on baits around the boat putting on a great show. We did manage to hook about 15 of them, but for a number of different reasons we were only able to land five. There were also a few handfuls of Yellowtail to go with it, but all in all it was a tough day. We are currently anchored up at a common Yellowtail night bite spot with one already aboard. We are going to give it a go again in the morning, so wish us luck."
