http://www.truckeeriveroutfitters.comFlows are around 220 CFS. The East Carson is fishing really good and will only get better over the next month or so. Look for Grey Drakes and Caddis in the evenings. Nymphing with small bead head nymphs in the mornings has been effective as well.
