http://www.ranger85.comFrank Ursitti called in with this report for the Ranger 85 & the Coral Sea, "The Ranger 85 just returned yesterday from a 3.5 day trip there was just fantastic fishing for both Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna. The Coral Sea returned this morning from a 2.5 Day Trip trip, 18 anglers were on board this 2.5 day trip and we landed over 250 mixed tuna. We had limits of Bluefin tuna (180 Bluefin)and we rounded the catch out with some nice grade Yellowfin. We also managed to pull on board some Dorado. This is what we have all been waiting for.
"If you haven't made it out yet or you have been waiting to go out when the counts pick up, now is the time. Good weather and good fishing, anywhere from about 50 to 150 miles south of San Diego.
"We have a Day and one-half day trip scheduled to depart Tuesday night, August 30th on board the Coral Sea. This trip is limited to only 17 anglers. Frank let us know that Dustin called from the Ranger 85 which is on a day and one-half Trip and they so far they have caught 50 Bluefin Tuna. In the morning things were a little slow but then things picked up, Frank said he would keep us informed. He also mentioned that they only had 2 spots left on the trip that leaves on Friday which is a 2 day trip. They also have another day and one-half trip......

Hi everyone, We sat in today and caught up on some mid-season maintenance and while we did, looks like things started to heat up offshore. Could this be it? Could this be the start of our season?
