We made a tour of the Islands and we found good Yellowtail fishing just about everywhere we went. We had nice grade fish from 20 to 30 lbs. I think everybody got pretty much everything they wanted. The yoyo iron was definitely the hot ticket yesterday. It was just a fun day for everybody.
"Its Monday morning here, we are offshore at the tuna grounds looking for some Yellowfin tuna. We found a nice pocket of 73 degree water. Looking around we haven't found much yet, but we have high hopes. And the weather is nice. These guys are having a good time. The "Big Al Tuna Tourney" guys are downstairs. Justin Fleck called in to give us an update on their first day, he started off by mentioning that "there are some Purple Heart recipients on board" then he went on "we got down to the tuna grounds and we were fortunate enough to get on a school early and they bit good for us.
