http://www.pacificdawn.comBill Cavanaugh called in to give us an update on the Pacific Queen, "It is Saturday afternoon just after 2:00, we are having a great day on the water. We are experiencing some really good offshore game fishing. We are up to our limits of Yellowtail off of kelp patties for our 32 people, which would be 160 Yellowtail on board. We just got on another kelp here that had a bunch of Dorado and it had a little bit of tuna on it as well. We released a bunch of Yellowtail we went thru those things and picked up 5 nice grade Dorado. Now we are starting to scratch at some tuna. It looks like we are up to 7 or 8 Bluefin and 5 Yellowfin here now. We just now brought a Bluefin over the rail. Anyhow we are having some good fishing out here now. We wanted to check in and let everyone know that. We have good weather, 10 knots of wind and light seas. We aren't the only ones experiencing this type of fishing.
We have another trip doing this very same thing leaving Sunday night, fishing Monday. I just talked with the office we have 10 spots open so we are starting to book reservations on that trip pretty steady. If you want to get on that trip check Fisherman's Landing on-line or call them at (619) 221-8500, I know that Scott and Aaron are in there this afternoon. That's it there is good fishing out here."

I kinda wanted to make a little mention about what is going on up there. I spent the better part of the last 4 days gathering information from various commercial Albacore sources as well as some friends of mine that have private boats that fish out of Monterey. "As far......
