Well, it was near 60 today in Truckee, and even warmer down in Nevada. For it being early January, the fishing is pretty good. The entire river is pumping out fish. The water master has the gates open at Tahoe. I have no idea why. I'd be saving that shit for Summer, being how dry it is, but that has made the flows come up to the 300's near Truckee. That has opened up the water from Trout Creek to Boca, which has been to low to fish for several months. Drop the wife and kid's off at the ski hill and come out and fish the Truckee. Chris did today, and we had a good mid-day session on the T.
