Things are shaping up for a great Spring, much like the Spring of '07, when the dry fly fishing was insane because lack of run-off. East of Reno, on the Truckee River, their are more bugs out daily, and fish are moving out of the ultra froggy-mid-winter water. Some of them are back in slots, along bank's, and up in the riffles when the bugs are out. I'd be covering the entire run this time of year. The dry fly fishing is still not great, but that will change.

This is Jeffery's rainbow from today. After a long stand-off, Jeff got the upper hand and put that baby in the net.
