READY FOR BATTLE (040812)!!! Hi everyone; It was a great day on the Royal Polaris. Our weather was absolutely beautiful, sunny and very delightful and cool before dark. We started the day with a detailed seminar on how to fish Clipperton and tackle preparation. The crew assisted passengers in getting gear ready and then about 14:30 hours most disappeared in preparation for the costume party and wine and cheese tasting party. The costume party was a great hit and most participated. Sensational cheeses, great Italian cold cuts, tomatoes caprese, wonderful baguettes, along with many outstanding wines. Winner of the costume party was Bob Ramirez, who won a $500.00 gift certificate. Ineligible winner was yours truly (Frank) dressed as a low riders. It was a great party.
